A message about the AFCM Survey
The following letter and survey were sent to residents of Corte Madera, 60 and over. Your responses provided the information necessary to determine the pressing needs of our aging adults. Your participation has enabled Age-Friendly Corte Madera to prioritize those needs and support necessary improvements to enhance the quality of life in Corte Madera.
